Ready to go!

Nate is almost ready to start walking. He is pulling up on everything and loves to use his new walking toy. I found this new "walker" for only $2! Not bad!

He'll be running after Noah before we know it!

Valentine's Day

Jeremy's parents kept the boys over the weekend so Jeremy and I could have a date night. That was so nice!! We were able to go out to dinner and then to a movie. Jeremy just happened to be off the Saturday before Valentine's Day. I didn't take many pictures but here is Nate enjoying his V-day sucker! That lollipop was actually Noah's that Nate took over!

Noah's 3rd Birthday!

Since I'm playing catch up the next few blogs will mainly be pictures. Sorry I'm so slow! Is anyone still out there!??

Noah has really been into Fire Trucks lately. So what would be more fitting than to have a Fire Truck Birthday Party. We had family and a few friends over to help him celebrate. Noah was glad to see everyone! I think he was really excited to have his friend Luke at his party this year. Luke is a 3 yr old neighbor boy.

Nate seemed to really enjoy helping Noah eat his Birthday cake! I think he was gearing up for his own Birthday.

A New Year a New Adventure

Back in November I joined a local moms group. So far I have really enjoyed it. There are close to 100 mothers with lots of little ones! Every week we can pick from many different activities to do with the kids. They also have a lot of moms night out events. The first two weeks in January was so cold. Jeremy was off one day and we were looking for something fun and warm to do! My moms group set up a preschool skate day. Jeremy and I drove the boys to Decatur for some fun. Noah had a great time running around the skating rink and playing on the giant indoor inflatables. At the end of the time they passed out skates for the children to try. We thought Noah wouldn't be interested but he was! He was a little scared at first but warmed up quickly. Here's a few pics of Noah's first time on roller skates!
Maybe he'll be ready for Ice skating soon! (my fave!) ;-)

Christmas

Christmas Day was so much fun this year with two little boys! This was the first year Noah was really excited about Santa. We had our own little family Christmas before heading up to Winchester. Santa Claus brought Noah a Fire truck and fire house! He loves it so much! Nate got some pretty cool toys from Santa as well. We are so blessed!
We had a wonderful Christmas visit in Winchester. Noah and Nate were showered with more fun toys. Jeremy was shocked and very happy when Misty and Jeff gave him a Wii System! He almost started crying. Thanks Misty and Jeff! Grandma Pat made a very yummy Christmas dinner. One of Noah's favorite parts about Christmas was holding a tiny little puppy at Grandma Pat's house. He was so sweet and protective of this little dog. Noah is such a loving child. :-) We had a great Christmas! Thank you Jesus for wonderful family and so many blessings!

Catching up to Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve my parents came over to celebrate early with us. My dad made a wonderful feast! Afterwards we opened some presents! The boys got so many wonderful gifts! Aunt Lynn and Uncle Sam in Nashville sent some really fun toys! This year Noah enjoyed opening his own presents and helping little brother with his.
We then headed out to the Christmas Eve Candlelight service at Church. It was so nice to have Jeremy off. Poor Noah passed out on the way there and slept through it. Nathaniel seemed to really enjoy all the singing and lights! I wish I had my camera for that.

Thanksgiving

Jeremy had to work Thanksgiving Day this year so the boys and I went to my Uncle's house in Lawrenceburg, TN. We rode up with my parents. It was so nice to see all of my cousins, aunts, and uncles. We do not get to see them enough. One of my cousins has a little boy that's 2 yrs older than Noah. This year Noah was old enough to play with the older boys! He loved it! He also loved playing outside on a toy tractor. Cousin Isaiah and Noah rolled around on those tractors in the freezing wind. My dad tried to talk my Uncle into selling him one for Noah but it didn't work. So if anyone ever sees a green ride on tractor like in the picture, please let my dad know! ;-)
Nate seemed to enjoy his First Thanksgiving. He loves to eat! He was quite happy tasting many different flavors. It was a very nice Thanksgiving.
