Christmas Day

Noah loved seeing what Santa brought him. He was a little afraid of his new pet Dino but has warmed up to him. We played at home for a few hours then headed to Winchester to have more Christmas! Everyone gave him so many wonderful presents! We had fun seeing Nana, Papa, Aunt Misty, Uncle Jeff, Grandma, Uncle Joe. We wish Aunt Jen could of been there too! Uncle Joe and Aunt Jen gave Noah a super cool drum set! Aunt Misty gave him lots of neat dinosaurs! Nana and Papa gave him a big Thomas the Train set! And Grandma gave him a cool Robot! There were lots of other nice presents too. We ate yummy food and played. Noah even got to talk to Aunt Misty's bird! We had a great time. Oh and Congrats to Aunt Misty!!! She got engaged to Jeff Christmas Night. We are so excited for them!

Christmas Eve

Jeremy had to work until 5 Christmas Eve. So we spent his time after work at Grandads and Grandmoms for Christmas Eve. At 6 we went to a candlelight Christmas Eve Service at church. We all enjoyed that but Noah was hungry! Then we went to Julie's parents to eat a very yummy meal and open presents! Grandad made a lot of yummy food! We were all ready for bed after eating but no time to sleep. Lots of presents under the tree to open. Noah was surprised to see a giant train track in Grandad's living room. He opened his first present to find a ride on Choo Choo! He seemed to really like it. He has to operate it himself which he hasn't quite mastered. Hopefully he'll be flying around the tracks once he learns how to make it run!

Gingerbread Train

We had a lot of fun making a Gingerbread Train that Aunt Lynn sent. It took us 2 hours! Noah is such a good helper. He first helped "warm" up the icing and then helped build the train. After making the train he loved helping with the fun part. Icing and decorating! Of course he had to help himself to some of the yummy decorations. We think it turned out great! He was very proud. Two days later and not much of the candy on the train is left. Thanks to Mr. Noah! lol

What's in the box?

Every year Julie looks forward to a Christmas box from Aunt Lynn in Nashville. Aunt Lynn always does a great job filling the box with toys, and goodies. Now she is including Noah in the fun! Here's Noah opening Aunt Lynn's box. We tried to get Noah to wait until Christmas to open his gifts but he just couldn't wait. Thanks so much Aunt Lynn! He got so excited getting into that box and all the goodies! We love you!

Christmas Is Coming!

Must go shopping! We gave Noah an early Christmas present this year so he could practice shopping for everyone. He loves this little shopping cart! It's just his size and he wheels it around the house. He loves to carry toys or even a cat in his new buggy!

New Baby Update

Julie had to go to the doctor yesterday to check on the baby since she had some bleeding on Sunday. Everything still looks good and baby was moving around! It still has a nice strong heartbeat of 176 bpm. They saw a little "blood sack" above the uterus but said it was nothing to worry about. Baby has changed so much in just 2 weeks! Mommy saw baby moving it's hand in front of face and it's heart beating. Such an amazing thing! Here's a picture at 10 weeks 2 days. The little white speck to the left of the head is baby's hand moving!

The Lil' Dinosaur

We had a lot of fun this year on Halloween! Aunt Lynn from Nashville,TN came down to spend time with Noah and Julie. We had a great time! Jeremy worked until 8 so he missed a lot of the fun. :( Maybe next year he'll be home for trick or treating! It was dark around 6 so we suited Noah up and headed out for some candy! Noah wasn't so sure about trick or treating at first. After a few houses he seemed to get the hang of it. Everytime someone would open their front door he wanted to go in and play! He's such a friendly kid. :-) Aunt Lynn and Mommy did a good job keeping him moving from door to door. They saw lots of spooks! Noah knocked on about 6 or 7 houses before passing out on the ground. Aunt Lynn was great and carried him home! Once at home it was time to pass out candy! Oh my gosh! We never imagined there would be that many kids! They just kept coming and would usually arrive in big groups! Noah wasn't quite sure why they were coming to his door. Several times he ran outside and tried to take off with the other children. After awhile he got his second wind a.k.a. a sugar high! He escaped outside and jumped on his trike! It was the cutest thing ever! A green dino on a bike! Noah was wired, he zoomed around the yard on his dino ride. Everyone that came to the door thought he was the cutest little dinosaur.

Halloween Party

Noah had his 1st Halloween Party at school. Look at all the stuff he scored! And he's not even 2 yet! (some is from Aunt Lynn, thanks Aunt Lynn!) They sure start kids early on sugar and goodies. We love his teacher. She gave all the kids their own little pumpkin and goody bag. Two of his classmates also gave out goody bags. Looks like we will be making Christmas goody bags for his school friends! ;-)

Noah was too young to ride on a real horse but he still got to ride a donkeyhorse! He got a kick out of his short ride. This was in Pigeon Forge,TN.

Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies

We had a fast fly by visit to the Aquarium. Julie was feeling very sick so we didn't get to stay long. Noah and Jeremy still had fun!

Trip to the Mountains

We went to the Smokey Mountains last week. This was Noah's first trip up there. We had a great time even though Julie and Jeremy got sick! Since we went during the week it wasn't very crowded. We took Noah up in the National Park and walked the start of the Appalachian Trail. He loved it! You would think he'd be scared walking along the ridge of a mountain, but nope! He had a little trouble stepping over the logs and rocks on the trail but that didn't stop him. He wore Mommy and Daddy out! When it was time to stop and turn around, Noah wanted to keep going. LOL. He's quite the little Mountain hiker. We love going to the Mountains this time of year. The leaves are always so pretty.
